Returns & Replacements

For returns, refunds or defective product exchanges

Your item must be in its original unused condition (unopened box) in order for it to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect, in which case the product will be exchanged like for like. Items must be returned within 10 days of dispatch from Baby & Me. Kindly follow these steps :

  1. Notify Baby & Me in writing to info@babyandme.co.za of the intent to return the item with an explanation of the reason for this return. Baby & Me will confirm by reply e-mail as to whether this item can be returned or not - some of the products available are considered underwear and as such are non-retunrable items. 
  2. If the exchange is due to a defective product, kindly take a photograph of the defect and include this in the e-mail as above. 
  3. Post the item from your nearest Postnet to our Postnet address : Baby & Me, Postnet Suite 63, Private Bag X51, Rivonis, Gauteng, 2128 Please note that Baby & Me will not be healt liable for any goods that do not get delivered to our box address. This postage fee is to be paid by the customer. If you wish to make use of our courier, at your expense,kindly notify Baby & Me of this in via e-mail. 
  4. Ensure that you insert the original invoice for the goods into the package. Without this, no refund will be considered. This is due to the fact that Baby & Me is not always the only outlet where certain goods are available. 
  5. E-mail Baby & Me to notify of the dispatch of the goods and also any tracking number that may apply.

On receipt of the goods, Baby & Me will assess the condition of the item and notify of the outcome of the return / refund. If succesful, Baby & Me will refund the original invoice, less any and all courier / delivery charges, to your Bank Account within 14 days of this confirmation.

For exchanges

Your item must be in its original unused condition (unopened box) to be exchanged and will only be considered for exchange to a different size, style or colour. Items must be returned within 10 days of dispatch from Baby & Me.

Kindly follow these steps :

  1. Notify Baby & Me in writing to info@babyandme.co.za of the intent to exchange the item with an explanation of the reason for this exchange. Baby & Me will confirm by reply e-mail as to whether this item can be exchanged or not - some of the products available are considered underwear and as such are non-retunrable items. 
  2. If the item does qualify for exchange, Baby & Me will resond with this information via e-mail. 
  3. Log on to the website www.babyandme.co.za and place a new order for the different style, size or colour that you require. 
  4. Select the required delivery / courier option. 
  5. Pay for this new order in full and make note of the Invoice number that will be e-maile to you by the website. 
  6. Post the original item from your nearest Postnet to our Postnet address :
    Baby & Me, Postnet Suite 63, Private Bag X51, Rivonis, Gauteng, 2128

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY GOODS RETURNED THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY ON YOUR BEHALF. In this instance, no refund or exchange will be issued by Baby & Me for both the goods purchased and any delivery / courier costs.
